PREP WEEK

YOUR LIFESTYLE BY DESIGN

DISCOVERY SESSION

In this 60 minute one-on-one coaching call you will unlock the vision you have for yourself and your future.

During this intimate session, Judi will use her years of experience and various skill sets to reignite your passion and together you will create small, bite size strategies to bring about lasting change.

During this prep week, you will spend time on your ‘Why’. Only when you have grasped the idea of change can you  put steps in place to achieve them. Judi will guide you through this pivotal stage so you can hit the ground running.

WEEK 1

UNDERSTANDING THE GLYCEMIC INDEX

Now that you have an idea of your direction, we are going to delve in the Glycemic Index with some tips, strategies and ideas to jump-start your RESET challenge. Learn why diets don’t work, and how small changes in our daily choices can add up to big results.

During your one-on-one coaching with Judi, you’ll learn how your body responds to certain foods and the physiological triggers for cravings, and how to construct healthy, low-glycemic index (low GI) meals and snacks.

You are going to use this week to better understand your body and take the time to listen and learn what it is teaching you.

Did you know that it takes 21 days to reinforce a habit. We are going to make sure that they are great ones!

WEEK 2

SHOPPING FOR GROCERIES + EATING AT RESTAURANTS, PARTIES AND TRAVELLING

During your one-on-one coaching with Judi this week you will discuss how to keep your healthy lifestyle no matter where or what situation you are in, such as the best options to choose at restaurants, happy hours, social gatherings and airports. 

No longer will you feel forced to make bad nutritional decisions based on your previous ideals. You will be arming yourself with everything you need to know, so you can finally go out and enjoy eating a nutritionally balanced, low glycemic meal.

WEEK 3

UNDERSTANDING INFLAMMATION + EXERCISE & PROPER SUPPLEMENTATION

This week in your one-on-one coaching with Judi you will learn why moderate exercise and proper supplementation are the keys to unlocking your best self. You don’t have to be a gym junkie to look fabulous, just follow a few easy guidelines to keep your body in check and healthy.

With your SexyFit Lifestyle by Design, you will come to learn that 80% nutrition and 20% exercise will keep you there! Judi will help you look at your weekly schedule so you can incorporate some activity that you love. It may be an early morning walk, taking a class at your local gym or taking a Zumba Fitness class. (Judi is a licensed Zumba Fitness instructor)

We’ll also dive deeper in why supplementation is crucial for long term health and anti-aging.

WEEK 4

YOUR SEXYFIT MIND, BODY & SPIRIT

This week you will learn how to overcome emotional eating, reduce stress and create your life around what is important to you.

In your one-on-one coaching with Judi this week you will work through the shifts that you are experiencing, some great, some not so good. You will learn about the importance of self-care, balanced living and being authentic.

This is such a fun and pivotal week – all about nurturing your mind, body and spirit!

WEEK 5

KEEPING YOUR SEXYFIT LIFESTYLE BY DESIGN

Wow! What huge changes you have implemented up to now.

Your have learned the importance of low glycemic eating, you understand inflammation in the body and how we can reduce it. You’ve gained an insight into proper supplementation and body movement. Last week we started to touch on your Mind, body and spirit.

In your one-on-one coaching with Judi this week, you will be delving deeper into your subconscious and learning about creating lasting change.

WEEK 6-9

DEVELOPING YOUR  PERSONAL STYLE

The future direction of your one-on-coaching calls with Judi will be decided by you. This program has been developed to be extremely personal and sometimes confronting. No one approach will suit everyone. You will be moving through any barriers that may have surfaced,  perhaps rediscovering a long forgotten passion.

During this stage of the SexyFit Lifestyle By Design, you will be treated to a styling session to have you looking SexyFit in your new body! You will feel even better once you have the designs and colors styled for you. You will learn how to coordinate a couple of classic cuts to give you endless possibilities. Depending on your location, this can be in person or via email & Skype.

WEEK 10-13

THIS IS YOUR SEXYFIT LIFESTYLE BY DESIGN

You have reached the stage now that you have all the knowledge that you require to lead your SexyFit Lifestyle By Design! 

In this vitally important stage, you may be faced with some life-changing decisions! You will look at your life and in your one-on-one coaching calls, you will begin to explore the wonder and excitement of your new life. You will be feeling the best you have in a long while (maybe ever!), you will have gained clarity about how to best support your body’s nutritional needs, maybe you have discovered that you really enjoy to move your body to that amazing Latin beat that is Zumba Fitness!

Whatever the changes you have made this far, you are certainly living your SexyFit Lifestyle by Design! You look back at where you were when you started this program just a couple of months ago and you are amazed at the changes your have experienced.

Remember that life is a journey and you now have the tools and strategies to create positive change in your family’s life and those around you.
